PGG Wrightson Real Estate manager Peter Newbold says most of the rural sales that got over the line had their paperwork completed before Level Four.
Newbold says more rural land should move now and a farm did sell yesterday.
He says sales had been slow because of drought, banking and environmental restrictions, tighter overseas rules and mycoplasma bovis so rural prices should be stable, apart from dairying.
