The Government says it's backing the small Kiwi business

It's announced interest-free loans up to 100 thousand dollars for a year - to firms with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent staff.
But small business minister Stuart Nash says it's only interest-free if it's paid back within five years.
He says they're not sure yet how they'll handle defaulters - but he has faith in the integrity of business owners.
