The flu jab is part of a strict set of health protocols in force as the game strives to recommence its season in three weeks time.
Canberra players Sia Soliola , Josh Papalii and Joe Tapine are among those to have refused the jab, believed to be on religious grounds.
Raiders half Sam Williams is hopeful they won't be stood down.
