A move by two major banks to drop their home loan rates to below three percent will help buyers on the cusp

Kiwibank's announced it will cut its one year fixed term rate from Monday to 2.99 per cent.
ASB has cut its two year fixed term rate to 2.99 per cent from today.
OneRoof property commentator Ashley Church says buyers who were a little nervous due to covid-19 will now have more confidence.
He says the move will cost them less to buy more house - so it's a good thing for the market.
