The Warriors are banking on having better-rested bodies than their next opponents

The Warriors are banking on having better-rested bodies than their next opponents

They face the Panthers on Friday, after beating the Dragons in their first game of the revamped NRL season.

By contrast, Penrith have endured a 90-minute battle against the Knights, ending in a 14-all draw, with a day's less rest.

Warriors hooker Karl Lawton says it gives them an advantage.

Prop Agnatius Paasi has taken an early guilty plea and will miss the match due to a dangerous contact charge on Dragons' playmaker Corey Norman.

The Warriors are 12th on the ladder - the Eels and Raiders top the table on six points with three wins apiece after as many rounds.
