Landlords have been given more time to include details on healthy homes compliance in their tenancy agreements

Healthy Homes Standards became law in July last year - with the phasing in of rules around heating, insulation, and drainage.
The next step is to have landlords provide tenants with a statement of compliance - but COVID-19 has hampered their ability to do so by next month.
Associate Housing Minister Kris Faafoi says the deadline's now been extended to December - as further delays are likely in Alert Level 2 due to backlogs.
The extension won't affect any of the dates by which rental properties have to comply with the standards.
