Raymond Coombs was arrested after posting video he filmed of himself at the Barrington Fresh Choice on Facebook.
Today, in the Christchurch District Court he was fined 750 dollars for offensive behaviour - and sent to jail for 16 months for drink driving, refusing a blood test and breaching bail conditions.
In 2008 - Coombs was jailed for two years and three months after leaving dry ice bombs across the city.
One exploded in Northlands Mall - causing panic when people thought the building was collapsing.
