A warning explosive outbreaks have happened overseas following Covid-19 slip-ups

Health Director-General Ashley Bloomfield and his ministry is under fire after two women released from managed isolation on compassionate grounds drove from Auckland to Wellington, then tested positive for the coronavirus.
Otago University infectious diseases expert, David Murdoch, says our system should be working a lot better.
He says we're all hoping this is contained and there aren't any cases of further transmission.
Murdoch says if that proves to be the case, it's a huge wake-up call for us, which may be useful at this time.
