You might be noticing a drop in your power bill

The price of power in this country has reached an 11-year low.
New data from MBIE says the average annual power bill in the year to March was just over two-thousand dollars - down 156 over the past five years.
This is the lowest it's been since 2009.
Electricity Retailers' Association CEO Cameron Burrows says competition between power companies is helping to keep prices down.
He says there are now 30 operating in New Zealand - and they're all working to keep old customers and gain new ones.
Burrows says the data shows while Kiwis are using more power than they were three years ago - they're currently paying about sixty-dollars less for it.
