    A Nelson man's been sent to jail for three years and four months - for uploading and owning images and videos of sexual exploitation of children


    In February 2018, Customs investigators searched the 33-year-old's home -- on a tip off from international authorities.

    Their forensics specialists found 75 objectionable items, including 52 in the 'worst category' of offending.

    Customs' Bruce Berry these are serious sexual crimes against children, and he's urging people not to call it 'child pornography' - which has overtones of legitimacy and consent.
