Its flagship election policy resets income support payments and guarantees a minimum income of 325 dollars a week.
The Greens want to introduce two new income tax brackets, at 37 per cent and 42 per cent for those earning more than 100-thousand and 150-thousand respectively.
Tax consultant Terry Baucher says that higher rate seems too excessive.
