A KPMG Australian report has found more that 80 per cent of senior executives think their business is vulnerable to fraud.
In New Zealand -- 10.8 million dollars has been allocated to the Serious Fraud Office to tackle serious financial crime and corruption over the next four years.
Gorilla Technology chief executive Paul Spain says many public entities have been coming under attack recently.
He says there's been a huge increase in the amount of money people are demanding in cyber-fraud situations -- which are in some cases 10 times more than 18 months ago.
