Newstalk ZB has revealed some passengers travelling on Auckland's bus network have complained about physical violence, sexual harassment - and racism.
First Union's Transport Secretary, Jared Abbott says you can't take a few isolated incidents... and apply it to all bus drivers.
He says like any other job that's low paid and has thousands of people doing it, there's certain to be instances where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
