Black Caps spinner Ish Sodhi wants to help lead the change with racism, but he knows it's going to take a long time

Cricket is now at the crease over the matter, after former internationals Michael Holding and Ebony Rainford-Brent spoke out in the name of the Black Lives Matter movement ahead of the first England-West Indies test at Southampton.

Indian-born Sodhi says ignorance is the worst thing, so it's an important conversation.

But he says there's a danger of people wanting an instant shift.
