Jerome Kaino, Joe Rokocoko , Ben Atiga, Anthony Tuitavake, Benson Stanley and John Afoa have bought into a Hawaiian-based team called Kanaloa which will compete in the USA's Major League competition.
A second side could potentially be based in South Auckland.
But Atiga says they're focusing on the American goal first.
