    A man already in prison for drug crimes will spend more time inside for helping bury a body near the Desert Road in the central North Island


    Human remains believed to be those of missing man Bao Chang Wang , or Ricky Wang, were found in March.

    Former friend, Yanlong Piao has been sentenced to 14 months in jail in the High Court at Auckland this morning.

    His lawyer told the court he was so consumed with guilt, he eventually led police to Wang's body.

    Scott McColgan says his client did not offend willingly, and did so because he feared for himself and his family.

    Two other men are charged with murdering Wang, and another's charged with being an accessory to murder after the fact.
