    A man's been arrested after presenting a weapon at Police officers in central Auckland


    A Police unit performed a routine traffic stop on Victoria Street West just before midday.

    Inspector Gary Davey says the man provided false details and quickly presented a weapon during his arrest.

    He says the weapon was removed without further incident, and the man is likely to face charges.
