    Lydia Ko grouped with world number two Danielle Kang and China's Yu Liu for this week's British Open

    Lydia Ko has been grouped with world number two American Danielle Kang and China's Yu Liu for the first two rounds of this week's British Open at Royal Troon


    The Kiwi blew a five shot lead on the back nine in losing to Kang at the Marathon Classic in Ohio earlier this month.

    Ko has an afternoon tee off in round one and a early morning start for the second round.

    The year's first Major gets underway on Thursday night.
