The Denver Nuggets have narrowly advanced to the second round of the NBA playoffs, beating the Utah Jazz 80-78 in a deciding game seven

Mike Conley's 3-pointer spun out at the buzzer for the Jazz, as he looked to seal the game and series.

The Nuggets are the 12th team in NBA history to overcome a 3-1 deficit to win a series.

Denver faces the LA Clippers next.
