Businesses on Auckland's North Shore hope Cabinet decides to shift the region down an Alert Level when it reviews settings tomorrow
13 September 2020
Any changes decided on tomorrow will take effect from Wednesday night at 11.59.
Takapuna Beach Business Association chief executive Terence Harpur says Cabinet needs to look at the effect Alert Levels have on businesses.
He says at Level 2.5, there was a nearly 27 percent reduction in spending in the area.
Mr Harpur supports a move down the Alert Level system as soon as possible, when it is safe to do so.
