The risk of COVID-19 rearing its head outside Auckland remains - and so do level two restrictions for now

The Prime Minister says at midnight Monday, everywhere but Auckland will move to alert level one - as long as cases stay contained.
Jacinda Ardern says modelling suggests a 25 percent chance cases could emerge outside the Super City.
She says level two restrictions are a better way of keeping everyone safe and managing outbreaks.
