The odds of Novak Djokovic claiming a second French Open tennis title are shortening in Paris' cooler autumnal conditions

The odds of Novak Djokovic claiming a second French Open tennis title are shortening in Paris' cooler autumnal conditions

Stodgier clay means the pace of the ball is slower and Djokovic has more time to thump his shots - although Rafael Nadal's attempt for a 13th title would also need thwarting.

He's started his campaign with a straight sets victory over Mikael Ymer .

Ymer's highlight was a between-the-legs winner in the sixth game.
