The peloton's down to 142 riders at cycling's Giro d'Italia following five positive covid-19 tests on rest day

Italian health officials conducted 571 tests, which eventually saw the Mitchelton-Scott and Jumbo-Visma teams withdraw from the tour.
Only two riders were affected - Jumbo-Visma's Steven Kruisjwijk and Team Sunweb's Michael Matthews.
Team Sunweb domestique Chad Haga says there's uncertainty whether the tour will make it to Milan.
