QR Codes and hand sanitiser will be the new norm in Auckland club cricket this upcoming season

The region will follow suit with the protocols being implemented at domestic level, such as no saliva to shine the ball and umpires no longer holding players' caps or jerseys in place.
Auckland Cricket's community manager Dean Bartlett says players will also have to sign in at the 16 club grounds.
He says they're currently in discussion with council, about solutions at grounds where there isn't a home club.
