Colliers International has had several large sales -- including a Tuam Street building selling for nearly 57 million dollars and an Oxford Terrace complex selling for 76 million.
Office vacancy levels are back to pre-quake levels in the central city, at just under 15 percent.
Valuation director Gary Sellars says suburban tenants are migrating back to the city.
Industrial units are in high demand as investors pull money out of low-returning banks and central city retail sales are humming.
