A pond in the suburb of Parklands has been cordoned off since the death of a dog....apparently from algae poisoning.
Robert Smith's property backs onto the park where the waterway is situated.
He says he has been begging the Council to take better care of the pond.
He says the waterway was neglected for months this year and it's only been taken seriously since the dog's death.
