Myleene Klass has a fear of crumpets

The 42-year-old radio presenter suffers from trypophobia - an aversion to the sight of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes or bumps - and, as a result, can't stand crumpets

According to the Daily Star, she said: "I have got trypophobia. I just can't bear tiny holes in things, especially crumpets. If something triggers me, my neck goes all funny."

Kendall Jenner previously revealed she also suffers from trypophobia and said: "Anyone who knows me knows that I have really bad trypophobia. Trypophobics are afraid of tiny little holes that are in weird patterns. Things that could set me off are pancakes, honeycomb or lotus heads (the worst!). It sounds ridiculous but so many people actually have it! I can’t even look at little holes – it gives me the worst anxiety. Who knows what’s in there???"

Sarah Paulson is another celebrity who suffers from the phobia, explaining: "I just think they’re disgusting. I can’t look at a coral reef or a natural sponge."

Meanwhile, Myleene recently revealed she will not be taking her fiancé Simon Motson's surname when they get married.

Simon recently popped the question on the fifth anniversary of their first date but Myleene is not planning to change her name when they wed.

When asked by a fan if she will drop the name Klass for Motson, Myleene answered: "Nope! He's free to have mine if he likes."

Speaking about the proposal, she said: "I really had no idea about the proposal. So much so that I ate two family packs of crisps on the motorway driving back from work. I got home at midnight to a full course meal that he'd been working on all day."
