New sales are expected in a New Zealand Food and Innovation report to bring an extra 250 million dollars to the economy by 2024.
Spring Sheep Milk company CEO Scottie Chapman says milk powder going to Asian countries and increasingly to China.
He says a lot of consumers struggle to digest cow's milk, and sheep milk can give them the goodness of dairy.
Chapman says they're turning a small business into an agricultural industry.
