The SPCA says a prosecution sends a clear message about an outdated practice

The SPCA says a prosecution sends a clear message about an outdated practice

Carlo De Regla has been ordered to pay a $900 fine by the Christchurch District Court for docking the tails of six Jack Russell-cross puppies.

Docking involves the removal of a dog's tail and became illegal in 2018.
