The claims are against a sexual education adviser who ran a programme at Taita College, between May and July last year.
In a statement, Taita College principal Karen Morgan says the allegations that the woman was having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a male student, were only raised with her three months later, in October.
The information was passed on to Police, who conducted a thorough investigation, but found no criminal offending had taken place.
Morgan says no concerns have been raised with the school since.
The woman wasn't a teacher, nor employed by the college - she's not allowed back onsite.
