Clearer weather in Napier means insurers can begin to get a clearer picture of the damage

The city remains in a state of emergency following this week's floods but fine weather is forecast over the next few days.
Insurance Council's Leah McNeil says assessors will have already been able to get onto some customers' properties.
But she says there will be some where the process will take a bit longer because they have to wait for floodwaters to recede to view the damage.
