Wellington police have made a sizeable dent in the capital's illegal drug market with two recent busts.
They've seized hundreds of litres of the Class B drug GBL and hundreds of grams of methamphetamine from properties across the region.
Three people have been arrested, including a 71-year-old man.
The Drug Foundation's Ben Birks Ang says it's a start, but we also need to address the users.
He says we need to reduce demand and provide support for people who need it.
