The country's approach to obtaining Covid-19 vaccines is being likened to investing in the sharemarket

The Government has an in-principle agreement to buy up to five million doses of a one-dose vaccine from Janssen Pharmaceutica.

It's also recently agreed to buy 1.5 million doses of a Pfizer vaccine, which has proved to be 95 percent effective in its latest round of trials.
