Players from Paris Saint Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir walked off the field during the first half after Basaksehir accused the fourth official of making a racist comment to their assistant coach.
UEFA bosses proposed the fourth official swap places with the VAR, but Basaksehir refused to continue while he was involved.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have lost 3-2 to Leipzig, meaning they've missed the knockout rounds.
Juventus have become the first Italian side to score three away goals against Barcelona, winning 3-nil at the Nou Camp with Cristiano Ronaldo converting twice from the penalty spot.
Chelsea, who are already through, have rounded out pool play with a 1-all draw against Russian side Krasnodar.
Borussia Dortmund and Lazio earlier secured their places in the round of 16.
