Sri Lanka coach Mickey Arthur has suggested the International Cricket Council consider injury substitutions in tests after his side was left with only six fit players against South Africa

His side trail by 160 runs in their second innings and although they've lost only two wickets, in reality they might be six or seven down for the remainder of the match if they can't get their injured players back to the crease.
A number of players have been hampered by muscle injuries and Arthur has blamed this on the team's inadequate preparation for the match due to covid-19 restrictions.
