It caps off an impressive finish to the season for the franchise, which was ravaged by Covid-19 midseason and looked an outside chance of making the playoffs, before winning five consecutive games to finish.
On top of that, Jackson has become the first quarterback in NFL history to have multiple 1,000-plus rushing yard seasons.
The Cleveland Browns secured their first playoff spot in 18 years after edging the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-22.
The NFC will run through Lambeau Field after the Green Bay Packers locked up the top seed and a first-round bye, defeating their division-rival Chicago Bears 35-16.
