First-year mentor Kevin Stefanski has tested positive for Covid-19, just two days after leading the Browns back to the post-season.
Special teams coordinator Mike Priefer will be the acting head coach in their wildcard game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which remains scheduled for Monday.
Pro Bowl guard Joel Bitonio, wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge and two other staff members have also tested positive - all five must sit out at least 10 days per league rules.
