Horizon Research's Employment Forecast Monitor predicts almost 385-thousand people will switch roles this year -- seven per cent more than the last measure in August.
Principal Graeme Colman says those in the Nelson, Marlborough and Tasman areas are the most keen for a change.
Principal Graeme Colman says the national rate is 11 per cent ... but it's 22 per cent in Nelson, Marlborough, Tasman.
He says there's also been an increase in the number of people who think it'll be easy to change jobs - reflecting confidence in New Zealand's economic prospects.
