Emergency services were called to the fire on Levels Valley Rd about 12.30pm.

A Fire and Emergency spokeswoman says the lightning struck logs in the middle of a paddock - which caught fire.

She says there is heavy rain in the area but crews are on-site to extinguish the fire.
