MPI brought charges again Donald Pelvin -- after animal welfare investigators were forced to euthanise part of his neglected flock.
Animal welfare inspectors visited the 67-year-old's lifestyle block in 2019 -- where they found six of his 75 sheep dead and another 20 emaciated.
13 sheep had to be put down.
Pelvin was sentenced in Christchurch District Court today on three animal welfare charges.
