An injury-plagued Wellington Phoenix are preparing as best they can for tonight's A-League match against the Western Sydney Wanderers

Defender Luke DeVere has been ruled out for 10 to 12 weeks after suffering a serious knee injury.

Forward Jaushua Sotirio is out for four weeks after sustaining a grade two MCL knee injury, and Joshua Laws is awaiting an MRI result on an injured ankle.

Phoenix midfielder Alex Rufer is confident they can reverse their fortunes, even without some of their key players.
