A further flex of New Zealand's cricketing muscle, this time with a 53-run victory in the Twenty20 format against Australia in Christchurch

After getting sent in and slipping to 19 for three after four overs in the first game of the five-match series, a succession of middle order partnerships drove them to 184 for five.

Number four Devon Conway provided the spine with his fifth consecutive half-century in the format - 99 not out from 59 balls.

Accurate opening spells from Tim Southee and Trent Boult reduced Australia to 19 for four in the fifth over before spinner Ish Sodhi came on to take four for 28.
