People can once again go swimming in Hawke's Bay's Lake Tutira

People can once again go swimming in Hawke's Bay's Lake Tutira

Hawke's Bay Regional Council's lifted its permanent swimming ban for the lake, because the water quality's improved.

But, it says people should still check the health of the lake before they take a dip.

The Regional Council is continuing to monitor the quality of the lake, including the bacteria levels and the risk of algal blooms.
