Jack Osbourne admits his family have endured a "rough" 12 months

The 35-year-old star - whose dad, Ozzy, has Parkinson's disease and his mom, Sharon, was diagnosed with COVID-19 in December - revealed it's been a particularly difficult year for his family amid the coronavirus pandemic

He said: "This last year has been a real rough one on so many levels, but yeah, dad's doing well and mom had a bit of a rough patch with COVID.

"She's good. Even if it's bad, she'd never let you know. She's got that real British stiff upper lip."

Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2012, but he's insisted he's currently doing "really well".

Speaking about his own health, he told People: "I'm feeling really, really well, you know, I haven't had any significant MS flare ups in a long time."

Jack also revealed he's been trying to stay in shape during the pandemic.

He said: "I exercise a lot. I do a bunch of jujitsu. I'm great."

In January, Sharon admitted she was still feeling "very tired" after her battle with coronavirus.

The TV star revealed that although she'd tested negative for the illness, she was still suffering from fatigue.

She shared: "I’m feeling really fine now, except that I’m still very tired. I nod off at, you know, ridiculous times of the day. I went through all the symptoms, headache, eye ache, body ache, dizziness, sickness, you know all of it.

"But there’s people who are much worse than I got it. They have it much worse, and I just think I came out very lucky."

Prior to that, Sharon revealed she was able to spend Christmas with her family after isolating away from her husband.

She wrote on Twitter: "So grateful to be home for the holidays and thank you all so much for your love and support ... Stay safe and wishing you the happiest of holidays. (sic)"
