Heem replaces Mark Telea who suffered a head knock in the win over the Highlanders.
There's four other changes to the run-on side with Alex Hodgman and Nepo Laulala joining the front row, Josh Goodhue in at lock and Blake Gibson starting at openside for the concussed Dalton Papalii.
