Wilson was sentenced to three years and seven months in jail for indecently assaulting five students between 1975 and 1992.
Neil Harding waived his automatic right to suppression, and began his victim impact statement with the words: "Well, THAT day has come, Mr Wilson".
He told his abuser he had waited a long time for today - and suggested Wilson did not consider he would grow up and remember his actions.
