The rich-lister, whose name remains secret, has been on trial for a month at the High Court at Auckland.
This afternoon, a jury's found he indecently assaulted three men between the early 2000s, and 2016.
He also attempted to pervert the course of justice by trying to bribe the 2016 complainant to drop their claim.
He was the first to go to police.
The businessman's manager was found guilty on a joint charge of attempting to dissuade the complainant in an elaborate scheme, on the Gold Coast in 2017.
Both accused have been remanded on bail and will be sentenced in May.
