Former assistant principal Ian Wilson was sentenced to three years and seven months in jail for indecently assaulting five students between 1975 and 1992.
Neil Harding had his automatic name suppression lifted, and says for anyone who had something happen to them, they shouldn't doubt that it doesn't have a consequence.
He says for any Dilworth Old Boys, Operation Beverly will finish soon and he's encouraging victims to speak up.
Harding says anyone else who suffered abuse in care as a child should approach the Royal Commission - because we can see by today that justice has been served.
Operation Beverly is looking into allegations of historical sexual offending allegations at the school.
