Jamie Foster was sent to jail for six years -- but today his lawyer argued he didn't get a fair trial.
Paul Borich, QC, claimed the prosecutor had tapped into 'current social themes' and used inflammatory language.
He also said the screen used in court obscured Foster's view, interfering with his ability to participate in his own trial.
The Court of Appeal disagrees and the judges weren't 'satisfied there is a reasonable possibility' other verdicts would've been reached.
