An expert says there's several ways an error could have happened, after a vaccination booking system led to a privacy breach

Canterbury DHB has apologised for the coding error which saw the details of 716 individuals who had registered potentially exposed to others.
They included name, gender, age and NHI number, but no personal health information.
AUT's Dave Parry says it may be the system was too simple or not up to scratch.
He says it's very unfortunate this has happened because there are plenty of commercial systems for booking out there that could have been used - so this really shouldn't have happened.
